From the initial meeting, to the finished product, the team at Countertop Solutions were incredibly professional. My wife and I received granite/quartz quotes from Home Depot, Lowes and another Columbus countertop company. As we were about to make a decision, I stopped by Countertop Solutions, and I'm glad I did. Hank was very knowledgeable, and patient as we discussed options. We hand-picked our style of granite from their inventory on site. Jerry came out and laser measured our kitchen and we received a quoted within 24 hours - we were blown away at the savings compared to the other companies. They cut and prepared the granite in-house and was ready to install within 10 days. The installers were very polite and very detail oriented, installing our countertops, backsplash and new kitchen sink. After the install, they even delivered a custom granite cutting board with the leftover supplies, "just because". The experience from beginning to end was too good to be true and I would highly refer this company for your countertop needs!

Best contractor that I've used in my 30 years in Columbus. We were slow to make a decision and they worked with us every step of the way. Jerry created a custom template to insure that the quartz was cut correctly for our less than perfect walls and corners. Price was very competitive and the quality of the work was impeccable. They were careful to protect our new floors and the cleanup was spotless. They used several steel plates to help support the counter on our custom island. It was a great solution and saved us from using posts. We also used their plumber and back-splash installer. Both were timely and did great work.

I had contacted the company about 10 months ago after seeing their truck while I was driving. We were thinking about new countertops and decided to get a quote. We did not move forward with it at that time and once we were ready we decided to get a quote from a big box home improvement store. The cost was about 25% higher with the big box store plus they would have just contracted the work out to some other installation company. Jerry and his son Ben were very easy to work with and extremely professional. They allowed me to do what little work I could do on my own to keep the cost down and when it was time to install the counters and the sink they were there on time and worked efficiently and finished the installation in about an hour and a half. The counters are beautiful and we couldn’t be happier.

Jerry and his team just installed a gorgeous Calcutta quartz countertops throughout our kitchen. Ben and Jose who installed, also did a terrific installation of a waterfall on our kitchen island and Carmela loves how it make the whole kitchen shine. We looked at several contractors, and CSS was the only one where the owner (Jerry) came to the house, listened to us, did measurements, discussed options and provided a detailed proposal that covered all materials and labor, and then remained available/responsive by e-mail. Jerry and Ben coordinated all the services (plumbing, tile work) from start to finish. The quality of all work from CSS and each of the subcontractors was excellent and the price was reasonable.

Thank you for bringing our mid century countertop dreams to life! We wanted to save our mid century cabinets (those still under construction here) but replace our countertops to keep a curved shape in the spirit of the original 1970s style. I am in absolute love with the work they did. We added a little breakfast bar in the curved shape, and it looks amazing. Communication and attention detail 10/10. Would use again in a heartbeat.

Their was a minor glitch in one of the granite pieces, but a new piece was cut that day and installed first thing the following morning.
